Now, what’s next?
Are you hearing this question a lot? Do you have a list of ideas but no concrete plan? If so, consider joining my What’s Next Coaching Group targeted to new and near grads. In this six week, group coaching process you will go through a structured series of exercises that combined with reflection and feedback will get you going on the next phase of your life.
Plus, it’ll be fun and you’ll come up with an answer to that pesky What’s Next question everyone keeps asking you!
And, good news – it happens via tele-seminar so you can participate from wherever your graduation trip takes you!
What is What’s Next?
- An intensive six-week program
- Comprised of six 90-minute meetings, some homework, plus virtual support during the week
- A small group coaching experience that includes other new or near grads
- Starts with an examination of your strengths, values, priorities, passions, goals and desires
- Goal: get clear and figure out productive next steps
- Takeaway will be a plan for action
You’ll get a proven, structured process, coaching from me, and also insight, support and feedback from others in the group.
Weeks 1 & 2
Take Stock - Pre-work, homework and discussion will help you identify your strengths, values and priorities.
Weeks 3 & 4
Get Clear - During this phase, you will work to get clear on what you really want.
Weeks 5 & 6
Act - Finally, you will identify specific actions to take that are in alignment with your strengths, values, and priorities.
At the end of this intense 6-week process, you’ll have a deeper understanding of yourself, your current situation and where you want to go. Most importantly, you will have identified some productive next steps for moving your life in the right direction.

The original What’s Next program was created by one of my mentors, Career Strategist and Master Certified Coach Michele Woodward (http://lifeframeworks.com/coaching). Here is what Michele says about this program: “Over the last three years, I’ve developed an integrated process that will delve into your strengths, priorities, goals and desires – and then put them to work. You’ll walk away with clarity, and purpose, and understanding. You’ll know what’s next.”
