I am certified on several excellent instruments.
I am certified on three assessments created by Hogan including the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), the Hogan Developmental Survey (HDS), and the Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI). The HDS is one of the only available measures of possible derailers and personality-based performance risks.
This battery of tests provides excellent information for predicting performance and can be used for hiring decisions, talent development and evaluating potential for leadership. It is psychometrically sound with good supporting research.
