The goal of career invention coaching is to get you really clear on what you want and need to do next via a four step process:

• Discovery (uncovering, taking stock)
• Get Clear (looking at options)
• Testing and Trying
• The Final Lap (closing the deal)

Along the way you will complete a variety of assessments and exercises which include analysis, feedback and action planning. Through an interactive, building process, Career Invention coaching will get you moving and unstuck. If you have reached the point where you are ready to grow but just can’t figure out what to do next, Career Invention coaching will help. As part of the process, you will have specific assignments after each session to move you forward. The number of sessions required depends on each person and situation but five or six is typical.
